Paul Simeon Jr. is dedicated to equipping leaders, strengthening families, and advancing God's Kingdom by helping people discover clarity, experience transformation, and lead lives of lasting impact.

Whether serving executives, ministry leaders, couples, or individuals navigating life's most significant transitions, Paul combines biblical truth, executive coaching, emotional intelligence, and real-world leadership experience to help people become healthier leaders from the inside out.

His coaching philosophy is simple:

Healthy leaders build healthy families, healthy organizations, and healthy communities.

Paul believes leadership begins with character. Lasting influence isn't built on position or title—it is built through integrity, emotional maturity, spiritual growth, and the courage to continually become the person God has called you to be.

Paul's life has been shaped by serving others in environments where leadership, resilience, and character mattered most.

He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Enduring Freedom, where he learned the disciplines of servant leadership, teamwork, and unwavering commitment under pressure. His military service earned him numerous honors, including the Combat Action Ribbon and the Congressional Veterans Commendation Award.

Following his military career, Paul served as a police officer with the New York City Police Department, helping people through crisis, trauma, and some of life's most difficult moments. Those experiences deepened his understanding of human behavior, resilience, and the importance of compassionate leadership.

Today, those lessons continue to shape the way he coaches leaders, counsels families, and serves people facing personal and professional challenges.

Paul works with leaders who recognize that true success is measured not only by what they accomplish, but by who they become.

Through executive coaching, leadership development, relationship coaching, and faith-centered mentoring, he helps clients:

Paul serves as associate pastor at Iglesia Buenas Nuevas in Frisco, Texas, where he teaches God's Word, develops leaders, disciples believers, and strengthens families within the local church.

He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies at Regent University, expanding his ability to integrate counseling research with biblical discipleship and leadership development.

Through biblical truth, practical coaching, and intentional accountability, my goal is not simply to solve today's challenges—but to equip people with the wisdom, confidence, and resilience to lead well for a lifetime.
